Pre-Order Shipping Guidelines:

1. Pre-Order Duration: Our pre-order period will commence from April 15, 2024 to April 29, 2024, during which time you can reserve your desired items from our exclusive collection.

2. Production Timeline: All items are meticulously crafted by hand in the renowned artisanal workshops of Riviera Del Brenta, Italy. Due to the intricate nature of our craftsmanship, please note that production will commence following the conclusion of the pre-order period.

3. Shipping Information: Orders will be shipped in October 2024. To ensure efficiency and minimize shipping costs, all items in your cart will be consolidated and shipped together once production is complete.

4. Payment: Payment for pre-ordered items will be processed at the time of purchase.

5. Order Modifications: Should you wish to modify or cancel your pre-order, please contact our customer service team at orders@anastasiaeren.com within 2 weeks of placing your order. 

6. Communication: We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the pre-order process. You will receive regular updates regarding production milestones and shipping timelines via email.
